Maturity Lab exists to make maturity assessment — one of the most powerful management tools — rigorous, clear and within reach of any organization. Not only those that can afford a long consulting engagement.
Why we exist
We believe governance and strategy are not a luxury for large companies — they are the path to any sustainable business. In practice, though, understanding “where I am and where I should go” usually depends on consulting that is expensive, slow and hard to compare over time.
Maturity Lab was born to change that: to bring the rigor of a senior assessment into a platform where any organization — on its own or alongside a consultant — can assess itself, understand its stage and walk away with a plan.
What we do
You answer a structured assessment based on recognized frameworks — management (MEG), ESG, PMO, innovation (Oslo), cybersecurity and others — and receive a senior-level report: where you are today, how far you can go and a prioritized action plan in the language of decision-makers (5W2H, OKR, BSC).
The platform uses artificial intelligence to calibrate the analysis and is available in several languages. But AI organizes and accelerates — it does not replace the judgment of those who know the business. The result is a clear starting point for the conversation that matters: what to do next.

Rigor without jargon
We use serious frameworks and plain language. A good assessment is one that leadership understands and acts on — not one that looks impressive on paper.
Truly accessible
Accessible in price and in access. The platform is built to accessibility standards (WCAG), because a management tool is meant for everyone to use.
Honesty over impact
We would rather show an example clearly labeled as illustrative than fake a client. You won't find made-up numbers or token testimonials here.

Who's behind it
Maturity Lab is built by Atomtech, a consulting and training firm in strategy, governance and projects. The platform brings into a product the method we have applied for years working with organizations of different sizes and sectors.
Atomtech is led by Frederico Ramos, a business, governance and projects strategist with over 25 years of experience, a startup mentor and author of “O Segredo do Negócio Inquebrável” (The Unbreakable Business Secret).
