The methodology combines the best international practices in governance and sports management — SGA (Sports Governance Academy), GSMC (Sport Management Compass), CDFM (Club Development Framework) and COSMA (Competence Scale for Sport Managers) — adapted to the Brazilian reality.

4. How Diagnosis Works

The questionnaire takes less than 20 minutes to complete. For each question, you choose whether you don’t do it yet (0), do it partially (1), or do it consistently (2).
